Aromahead Graduate Directory

Aromahead Graduate Directory

We have recently updated the Aromahead Institute website and have added new features. One of the excellent new features is a Graduate Directory!

The Directory is a page on Aromahead.com where Aromahead graduates can advertise their Aromatherapy businesses. This is a free service to spread the news about what Aromahead Institute graduates are doing.

If you are looking for an Aromatherapist to teach class, you can browse through the directory. If you work at or own a spa or clinic, you can find an Aromatherapist to consult with.

In order to be listed on the directory, you need to have graduated from the Aromahead Institute's Aromatherapy Certification Program. Please contact me if you are a graduate and would like to add your business to the directory.

You, the expert!

You, the expert!

If you're looking for more exposure online, consider "Online Article Syndication." Article syndication websites provide a service that offers an opportunity to write articles in your field of expertise, position yourself as an authority on the subject, and have your articles published. You simply write and submit articles for free to a distribution service, often called an article bank, or article marketing service. The articles you write are submitted to the article bank and published by other websites looking for well-written articles on your subject.

The best articles to write are considered "evergreen." (I love that.) Evergreen content is continually meaningful, useful and informative. The more useful the information, the more likely it will be selected by other blogs and websites to publish. Readers get to you by clicking on the author links you provide to your website, blog or business.

While you do not receive monetary compensation for submitting articles to article banks, there are many valuable reasons to try! Here are just a few:

  1. Attract like minded people (traffic) to your website or blog.
  2. Search engine optimization for your website or blog is improved. Once your article is published it will always be on the internet and can continue to attract people to your business over the years.
  3. Establish your professional credibility and establish yourself as an expert.

One great article distribution service is Ezine Articles. EzineArticles.com is an article marketing service designed to get your expert articles published. You can write and submit up to 10 articles for free. If your article submissions meet their posted editorial guidelines, your free membership is upgraded to their platnum level of membership which allows unlimited article submissions.

Another excellent website to check out is Buzzle. When you visit Buzzle.com, click on topics to see the range of articles offered by their site. They have two related topics, Aromatherapy Oils, and Aromatherapy! If you are looking for interesting articles to add to your blog or website, this is a great place to find them. It is an even better place to submit YOUR articles.

Fingerroot Essential Oil

Fingerroot Essential Oil

Fingerroot essential oil is an exciting new oil we now have at Aromatics International! It is from the same plant family as Ginger, and is a commonly used spice in SE Asia. The plant is a tall ginger with large beautiful pink/purple flowers. The oil is distilled from the root. The aroma is beautiful, it has a soft camphoraceous top note and a floral middle note.

The essential oil is well-known to reduce nausea and support digestion. Fingerroot is a great remedy for car or seasickness. It is also used for sinus and lung issues and joint pain. The chemistry of this oil fully supports its antibacterial, strong respiratory healing activity. Inhaling Fingerroot will help clear your head when congested or foggy. It behaves like Ginger but without all the heat that ginger generates. The research shows that Fingerroot oil has strong antifungal effects. It is safe and easy on the skin, and has a beautiful aroma

In Thailand it is used to stimulate the liver and detoxify the body.
